Tomorrow a.m. (at an obscenely early time), my kids and I are flying to NH for a visit with my folks. I'm not sure if I'll post from there. I'll be back on the 21st.
Mr. SABLE will hold down the fort here, feeding the cats, the fish, the gerbil, and the hermit crabs... did I forget anyone?
Be good for Mr. SABLE while I'm gone: I don't want any bad reports of mischief!

Hmmm....that lovely scientifical man is All By Himself? and you're letting the WORLD know? I"m wondering if he likes homemade chicken soup.....my midwestern soul is just ITCHING to womp me up a nice covered hotdish and take it over by him.........

While I've been away, Mr. SABLE has put up 8 jars of hot dilly beans from our garden beans and dill. Though I'm sure he'd love a hot dish, too, he's fending for himself ok. I think he has the local Chinese take-out on speed-dial.
