Home from camping, with everyone tired and cranky. The weather was hot and steamy, and it stormed some, too. No one slept well. I hope to have some knitterly content sometime, but I'm beginning to think it might have to wait until school starts.
Camping is fun in theory, but in reality, tents are always too small, there are no comfortable chairs, and the best thing I can say about campground restrooms is that the lights attract interesting moths at night.

hey, we're just back from camping too....
And my knitting progress? Frogged the sock I started.
I did find a love for a drop spindle I had long forgotten though.
Hope you sleep the sleep of the dead (in a good way) tonight!
Welcome home! If only camping with family could be as relaxed as knitting camp...
I'm going camping this upcoming weekend with SO's extended family. I'm bringing knitting, let's hope it keeps me sane. : )
Looking forward to seeing what your needles have been up to.
Oof. I understand that. I finally slept on Friday when it was "cold." I can't imagine having to have done it in the heat in the great outdoors.
Hang in there. School starts all too soon.
Too hot for knitting wool, for sure. I made one little mitten and decided the second will wait for the first frost or thereabouts.
I like the new look of your blog!

I love your b&w sunflower, by the way!
Who takes care of mom after she takes care of all the tired cranky family?
Ooooh, fancy new blog decor! I like it!
Just a few more days until school starts, right? Good luck getting through the last few days!
Love the new look on the blog!
I hope school starts for Owen & the LE as soon as it starts for the Things (next Wednesday)....
A new design! I've been without in-home internet access for far too long. It looks great!
