A Sewing FO

I made this very pink tote bag for a woman who worked with Mr. SABLE at his previous job. It has two zipped pockets on the inside and it's very pink.

While I was out taking photos, my neighbor came over to see what I was up to, so I got her to model it for me. Isn't she the cutest girl in the world?

That lining is so cool!

Oh, the bag even matches the little flowers on her shoes. I suppose you were a big ol' meanie and took it away from the little cutie...

;o)

WOW -- Very nice. How did you do the pockets so that the stitching doesn't show on the outside, and I can't see the borders on the inside? Love the zippers -- really finished off nicely!

Cute bag and model! Love how the bag just happens to match her socks/shoes... Anyway, great job! Fabulous interior fabric choice.

A lovely child and a fabulous bag. All linings should pop like that.

Yes, please share how you did the zippered pockets. The directions I've found online won't end up looking this classy. I have plans of relining a favorite bag and it needs zippered pockets. Otherwise, everything falls to the bottom and gets buried under a dozen library books.
