Exciting!! I can't wait to see more progress photos. There is just nothing like a porch.
The thing that always strikes me about the floor they put down first: It always seems so small, doesn't it? I mean, you couldn't waltz in it, or at least I couldn't waltz in it, but in the end you can put in a couch and a TV or a nice easy chair and some yarn. Lots of yarn. Yarn everywhere. Yeah. Yarn. Looks great. I can't wait to see what happens.
